It is time for the 6th Annual Colusa County Family Fair!  This year the fair is being hosted by CAPC, and the Local Child Care Planning Council.  The event will be held on Saturday, April 5^th, from 10-2 at the Colusa County Fairgrounds.  This event was very well attended last year, we estimated that over 300 children and their families participated.  This year along with all our regular participants we hope to bring in new agencies, service clubs and individuals that offer activities for youth in our communities.  By doing this we hope to get more children and families interested in recreational sports such as little league, football and soccer; scouts; 4H; parks and recreation sponsored activities; youth groups; and after school programs, just to name a few.

We have attached the invitation to participate in this years Family Fair which has been sent out to those that have participated in the past, along with a request for funding for groups needing some financial support to purchase materials for the event.  If you are interested in participating please complete the attached documents according to the instructions and return them either via e-mail or regular post.  If you know of a community group that offers activities or programs for children please forward this e-mail to them.  Along with community group activities we will have The Kent Family Magic Show, Jump Houses, free healthy snacks and numerous community groups offering free, fun activities for children.
